Welcome to GoNewGames ("GNG", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at gonewgames.com. By using this website you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. What GNG is (and is not)

GNG is a discovery and comparison website for video games. We showcase new releases and special offers and help you find them. GNG does not sell games, digital keys, gift cards or any other product directly. We do not process payments and we never have access to your payment card or store account details.

When you click "Buy" or a similar button on GNG, you are redirected to a third-party retailer's website (for example Fanatical, GOG, Green Man Gaming or Humble Bundle). Any purchase you make happens entirely on that retailer's platform and is governed by their own terms, pricing, availability and refund policy — not ours.

2. Affiliate links

Many links on GNG are affiliate links. If you make a purchase after clicking one, GNG may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. This does not influence which games we list, but it is how GNG is funded alongside advertising and sponsorships. See our affiliate disclosure in the footer of every page.

3. Accuracy of information

Prices, discounts, availability and release dates are pulled from third-party sources and can change at any time without notice. We do our best to keep listings current (new releases refresh roughly every 24 hours, special offers roughly every hour) but we do not guarantee that the price or availability shown on GNG will match what you see on the retailer's site. Always confirm final price and details before completing a purchase.

4. Age guidance and content ratings

Some games listed on GNG carry an age rating (e.g. PEGI 18 / mature content) and are marked accordingly in the catalogue. GNG itself is intended for a general audience; content warnings are shown so you can make an informed choice before viewing a game's page or proceeding to a retailer. Parents and guardians should supervise use of the site by minors.

5. Accounts (where applicable)

Where account creation, favorites, wishlists or similar features are available, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and use one account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse of promotions, or attempts to manipulate referral or reward mechanics.

6. Referral & creator programs

Where GNG offers a referral program or creator/streamer affiliate codes, participation is subject to any additional program-specific rules published at the time. Rewards (such as one-time discounts) may be withdrawn in cases of abuse, fraudulent traffic, or violation of the underlying affiliate network's terms. Payouts to creators are made only after the relevant affiliate network's commission validation period has passed, since commissions can be reversed due to refunds during that window.

7. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails about new releases, offers and site updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your email address.

8. Advertising and sponsors

GNG displays third-party advertising and may feature sponsors. Sponsored content is presented separately from editorial game listings. We are not responsible for the content, products or services advertised by third parties.

9. Intellectual property

Game titles, cover art, logos and trademarks shown on GNG belong to their respective publishers and developers and are used for identification purposes only. The GNG name, logo and site design are the property of GoNewGames.

10. Limitation of liability

GNG is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party retailer websites, inaccurate third-party pricing or availability information, or temporary unavailability of the GNG website.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
